Proposal submitted to National Mission on Libraries, India to construct Conference Hall and to improve technologies and services in District Central Library, Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu and I made presentation on this proposal in New Delhi on 10th Dec 2014 . NML sanctioned Rs 70 lakh after my presentation.
